I  edited  this featured publication documenting a conversation between Rana Beiruti and artist Ali Kaaf on the occasion of his solo exhibition at Darat al Funun. The exhibition, I Know the Emptiness of this House, centers on a major spatial installation inspired by the Umayyad-era desert castle Qusair Amra. The text explores how Kaaf translates his interests in script, architecture, and Sufi mysticism into a multidisciplinary body of work, spanning ink drawings, photography, and video, reflecting his life between Damascus, Beirut, and Berlin.
